Education and Experience

Position Summary
The Lead Psychologist - HSPP position is responsible for provision of clinical care, competency development, clinical supervision, authorization of treatment plans/care, training, and support of Doctoral, Master’s and Bachelor’s prepared behavioral health staff. This position shall develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all levels of direct clinical service staff and interns to ensure utilization of evidence based practice for quality care. The Lead Psychologist - HSPP will be a subject matter expert for clinical care and provide guidance on treatment recommendations and provision of clinical services. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Aspire utilizing evidence-based best practice models. The position will also work in conjunction with management in working towards Aspire’s strategic priorities and excellence in health care.
Education/Experience
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- A minimum of two (2) years experience post licensure as an HSPP Psychologist required
- Community Mental Health experience highly preferred

The Medical Training Specialist shall assist in the development and implementation of new and existing training for medical staff with an emphasis on medical assistants, nurses, primary care providers, and psychiatric care providers. This position is also responsible for tracking training requirements and administering required training via the use of the Relias Learning Management System. The Medical Training Specialist will lead portions of orientation for all new hires, implement training on the electronic health record, provide onsite elbow training, and pursue and develop CE training experiences for medical staff.

The Medication Technician will be responsible for the daily process of medication monitoring and the overall medication regimen for the clients at Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center. Duties include, but are not limited to instructing clients on medication uses, side effects and possible interactions to report, administering injections and performing TB tests, processing medication refill requests and prior authorizations, completing vital signs and other measurements, consulting with providers and nurses for medication issues and follow-up, updating client medication records, and monitoring individuals on health issues relevant to their care.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), Pharmacy Technician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Paramedic program accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
- Knowledge of basic pharmacology required
- Previous clinical experience in a medical setting highly preferred

Certification

The Prevention Specialist is responsible for providing presentations to elementary, middle school and high school aged students and learning the required curriculum. This position must be able to have conversations with students, be courageous enough to call DCS hotline if needed and be able to work directly with school staff and social workers to schedule presentations, coordinate reports for students and be responsible for tracking all assigned presentation materials and technology devices. This is a part-time seasonal grant-funded position. The Prevention Specialist will be based out of our Kids Talk Office located in Anderson, IN, but will be required to travel within Madison, Tipton, Delaware & Hancock counties, as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, education or a directly-related child development field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education highly preferred
- One (1) year of experience working in education, child welfare, criminal justice, law enforcement and/or social work highly preferred
- Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (school systems, child welfare, corrections, etc.) preferred

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for activities related to HUD Property Management and other housing-related ventures of Aspire Indiana. The Property Manager will be responsible for all day to day management of the properties including, but not limited to, leasing, collections, vendor communication and maintenance requests.
Property Management
- Gather and ensure the accuracy of information needed for the certification and recertification of consumers to receive HUD assistance
- Follow up on rent payments for HUD Group Homes, National Place properties and Next Steps
- Request, coordinate and follow up on maintenance repairs and pest control
- Maintain accurate and organized HUD files
- Resolve tenant complaints
- Maintain accurate and most recent information on accounts receivable
- Code and follow up accordingly on payments to accounts payable vendors
- Work with auditors during HUD audits as needed
- Work with HUD Representatives as needed
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business or related field highly preferred
- One (1) year working in property management or leasing experience required
- Knowledge in HUD Project-based Section 8, a plus
- Yardi Property Management software experience, a plus
Certification
- Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification required (can be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire
