Leadership Development Specialist - Noblesville, IN

 

Hybrid Position - In-Person/Remote

 

Must live in Indiana.

 

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Leadership Development Specialist will work to implement and sustain a robust leadership development training program for Aspire Directors, Managers, and Supervisors (DMS).  This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Director- Staff Training and Career Excellence in the development and implementation of a leadership development strategy for the entire staff population at Aspire. This position utilizes a diverse range of experiential learning initiatives to promote engagement, resilience, skills development, and future advancement in careers for all Aspire emerging leaders. The Leadership Development Specialist will build strategic alliances with staff, educational institutions, and the greater community to create a culture of collaboration and partnership in ensuring staff success. This position provides leadership, direction and administrative oversight in advancing and supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. 

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
  • At least two (2) years related experience required
  • Experience providing training in a virtual environment highly preferred 
  • Experience with leadership development highly preferred

  • Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and the ability to problem solve and utilize critical thinking skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend trainings and/or meetings
