Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.   Position Summary The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing operation, growth, and compliance of the 340B program, as well as assisting with a variety of business development and fundraising projects for the agency.  This is a hybrid position that will work mostly remote, but must have the ability to occasionally travel to various Aspire offices as needed.    - Within the 340B program, assess opportunities for cost savings and business improvements and develop/propose strategies to address those opportunities - Within the 340B program, identify opportunities for cost savings and system improvements to yield higher compliance and develop/propose strategies to address those opportunities - Analyze utilization of the program and software to identify ways to compliantly use the 340B Program to its fullest extent to meet the needs of underserved patients and develop/propose strategies to achieve that goal - In collaboration with the 340B Program Supervisor, ensure that policies and procedures are developed, implemented, and maintained according to organizational, state, and federal requirements and guidelines and are approved by all appropriate parties. - In collaboration with the 340B Program Supervisor establishes consistent policies and procedures for 340B that ensure productivity and efficiency so that long-term management of the program does not hamper operations or create unnecessary costs. - In collaboration with the 340B Program Supervisor develop/share training materials, as necessary, to educate staff and leadership on the 340B program.   Education/Experience/Requirements  - Bachelor's degree in business, administration, healthcare administration, or pharmacy administration or a directly-related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred OR - High school diploma/equivalent AND 3 or more years of related experience considered in lieu of degree - Previous work experience in a healthcare/pharmacy administration setting preferred -   - Must have reliable transportation to attend trainings and/or meetings   Learn more about us at Aspireindiana.org, and see our Core Values, benefits and current job listings on our Careers page. The Assessment Technician will help determine the individual’s needs for same day access services, identify and connect the individual to resources within the community as well as educate on all of Aspire services. Must be flexible in providing services via video conference, telephonically, and in-person at one of Aspire’s Outpatient offices. Full-time and part-time options available.      - Establish rapport with individual accessing services - Responsible for collecting and reviewing behavioral health screens - Collect and review collateral information, including recent assessment information gathered by other organizations - Collect assessment data through a face-to-face interview, either in person or via video conferencing - Determine appropriate level of care, which could include referring out to another agency or coordinating with Aspire’s crisis department - Coordinate communication between same day access provider and individual being assessed - Collaborate with the provider to formulate care plan - Identify and assist in addressing obstacles to care - Provide outreach to Aspire clients post same day services to ensure engagement with ongoing recommendations and referrals  - Build and maintain a strong network of external relationships, which may include other behavioral health agencies, health providers,  community agencies, housing, and other community resources   Education and Experience   Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:   OBHP - Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, public health or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred or  - One (1) year of equivalent experience required - Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments preferred - May self-identify as a current or former recipient of services, and/or a family member of an individual who was a recipient of services, and be maintaining a healthy recovery from mental illness and/or substance use to qualify for the peer track   QBHP - Master’s Level  - Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required - Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments required - May self-identify as a current or former recipient of services, and/or a family member of an individual who was a recipient of services, and be maintaining a healthy recovery from mental illness and/or substance use to qualify for the peer track   Other Requirements   - Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization - Must have reliable transportation to transport self/others and to attend trainings and/or meetings - Display a positive work ethic - Office based position with some travel within the community, as needed - Heavy exposure/use of computers, cell phones, office phones, etc. - Daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlines - Ability to communicate effectively by phone or in person - Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; must also have adequate vision to read correspondence(s), computer screen(s), form(s), etc. - Ability to sit for prolonged periods throughout the work hours and also the ability to be physically mobile (bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, standing, walking), as needed - Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, climb to reach higher files, and lifting average-weight objects up to 25 lbs; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 or more pounds - Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and the ability to write and/or type   Learn more about us at Aspireindiana.org, and see our Core Values, Benefits and Current Job Listings on our Careers page.
