Position Summary
The Grant Compliance Associate is responsible for completing assigned billing and reporting tasks for a specific portfolio of local/state/federal grants and contracts. This position will collaborate with program managers, finance staff and other stakeholders to gather necessary financial information for grant reporting and invoicing purposes, assist in gathering documentation to complete the grant billing process (timesheets, receipts, invoices, etc), assist with grant and contract audits, providing required documentation and responding to inquiries from auditors and funding agencies, and run general ledger reports and analyze for allowable costs to be billed to specific grants and/or ontracts.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred
- Minimum one year experience in accounting, banking, payroll or related financial field required
- Exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills required
- Knowledgeable of Grants and Grant Regulations preferred
- Familiarity with Google products, Adobe, DocuSign, Papersave and/or Financial edge, a plus

Position Summary
The Lead Psychologist - HSPP position is responsible for provision of clinical care, competency development, clinical supervision, authorization of treatment plans/care, training, and support of Doctoral, Master’s and Bachelor’s prepared behavioral health staff. This position shall develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all levels of direct clinical service staff and interns to ensure utilization of evidence based practice for quality care. The Lead Psychologist - HSPP will be a subject matter expert for clinical care and provide guidance on treatment recommendations and provision of clinical services. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Aspire utilizing evidence-based best practice models. Education and Experience
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a diploma from a two (2) year accredited nursing program required
- Three (3) years related experience required with at least one (1) year of experience leading a team and/or supervisory experience required

Position Summary
The Medication Technician will be responsible for the daily process of medication monitoring and the overall medication regimen for the clients at Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center. Duties include, but are not limited to instructing clients on medication uses, side effects and possible interactions to report, administering injections and performing TB tests, processing medication refill requests and prior authorizations, completing vital signs and other measurements, consulting with providers and nurses for medication issues and follow-up, updating client medication records, and monitoring individuals on health issues relevant to their care.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), Pharmacy Technician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Paramedic program accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
- Knowledge of basic pharmacology required
- Previous clinical experience in a medical setting highly preferred
- Knowledge of substance-use disorder and how it impacts an individual and their family highly preferred
Certification
Must be certified by the appropriate accredited certifying body (QMA, EMT, CNA, MA, Paramedic, Pharmacy Technician) in the State of Indiana, or be enrolled in a program to become qualified within 6 months of the start of employment.

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
The Peer Specialist will engage and support individuals and their families in pursuit of recovery and related goals. Responsibilities include peer support, skills training, connection to community resources, home and community-based interventions, and maintaining communication with referring courts.
Education/Experience/Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education highly preferred
- One year related experience if no Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Personal Recovery time
- Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model
- Must complete background checks as required by Aspire Indiana's policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Driving History Record, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education Verification, and Professional References
- Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License
