Position Summary  The Senior Director of Addictions Services will provide operational leadership, direction, and development of clinical functions, programs, and services in the areas of substance use and addictions while advancing and supporting Aspire's Mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.  The primary responsibilites include: Oversight of residential treatment and operations;  effective collaboration with clinical leadership in regards to curriculum development, programming and delivery; partnership in incorporating recovery supports in the continuum of care; and will be accountable for identified metrics, data monitoring, staffing, compliance and quality (in collaboration with other departments).  This position influences all of Aspire’s substance use and addiction treatment continuum, ensuring that we approach each individual from a “whole health” paradigm.  The Senior Director of Addictions Services will consistently communicate and effectively collaborate with other Senior Leadership  to ensure the highest quality of client care.
