Position Summary
The Assessment Clinician will perform clinical evaluations, construct treatment plans, and provide brief, targeted behavioral interventions to children, adolescents, adults who present with mental health, behavioral health and/or substance use issues. This position will be instrumental in promoting the importance of integrated care by orienting those we serve to the importance of the interaction between their physical and mental health.
Education/Experience/Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations
- Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Brief, targeted behavioral intervention and substance use evaluation experience preferred

This full-time Staff Therapist will provide outpatient individual, family and group therapy services to adults, children/adolescents and families struggling with mental health disorders and behavioral health needs. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.
Education/Experience/Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a directly related field required from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations required
- Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
- Must have good diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Licensure
- Must be License Eligible by the State of Indiana and actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) highly preferred

Education and Experience
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a diploma from a two (2) year accredited nursing program required
- Three (3) years related experience required with at least one (1) year of experience leading a team and/or supervisory experience required

The Associate should have robust skills in both graphic design and photography/videography. They will work with an integrated marketing team of creative professionals, and act as the main support person for our lead creatives. Position Summary
The Medication Technician will be responsible for the daily process of medication monitoring and the overall medication regimen for the clients at Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center. Duties include, but are not limited to instructing clients on medication uses, side effects and possible interactions to report, administering injections and performing TB tests, processing medication refill requests and prior authorizations, completing vital signs and other measurements, consulting with providers and nurses for medication issues and follow-up, updating client medication records, and monitoring individuals on health issues relevant to their care.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), Pharmacy Technician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Paramedic program accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
- Knowledge of basic pharmacology required
- Previous clinical experience in a medical setting highly preferred
- Knowledge of substance-use disorder and how it impacts an individual and their family highly preferred
Certification

Position Summary
The Prevention Specialist is responsible for providing presentations to elementary, middle school and high school aged students and learning the required curriculum. This position must be able to have conversations with students, be courageous enough to call DCS hotline if needed and be able to work directly with school staff and social workers to schedule presentations, coordinate reports for students and be responsible for tracking all assigned presentation materials and technology devices. This is a part-time seasonal grant-funded position. The Prevention Specialist will be based out of our Kids Talk Office located in Anderson, IN, but will be required to travel within Madison, Tipton, Delaware & Hancock counties, as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, education or a directly-related child development field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education highly preferred

Education and Experience
- Nursing degree from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred; or Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a directly-related human service field, or a data analytics related degree from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in care plans/quality improvement/care coordination; or two (2) years electronic medical records, analytics, chronic care, database experience required

This position is primarily a daytime position, Monday through Friday. Some local travel required.
$2,000 Hiring Bonus
Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
The Staff Nurse will provide a combination of office and community based nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team-oriented organization. This position requires a high level of knowledge of nursing requirements for providing integrated care for the population served at Aspire. This includes nursing knowledge of the physical and behavioral health needs of Aspire clients and the ability to work with clients and other team members to coordinate the nursing care needed to meet these needs. This position demands a high level of safety awareness and teaching skills. Knowledge and experience of DSM, crisis & emergency interventions and infection control are needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associates degree from a two (2) year accredited nursing program required
- Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience in a mental health/psychiatric setting highly preferred
- Must have the ability to empathize and be compassionate to client needs
- Must be able to respond appropriately and effectively in crisis situations by using good judgment and following Aspire protocols
Licensure

Must be recognized as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Indiana
