Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

This individual is responsible for providing excellent customer service, both internally to Aspire employees and externally to Team HOPE (Health, Outreach, Prevention, Education) clients and other partners by providing a variety of administrative duties to support Aspire Indiana Health. 

  • Responsible for monitoring all communication channels (i.e.: email, phone, referral forms), responding  and following up on referrals
  • Respond promptly to client and staff requests via telephone, email, Electronic Health Record (EHR) messages
  • Electronically file consumer charts, reports, billing and miscellaneous paperwork accurately
  • Link participant with the appropriate Team HOPE programs and respond to all referrals within the acceptable time frame
  • Perform administrative functions, such as ordering supplies, program errands, filing, copying, processing outgoing mail, and open/distributor incoming mail
  • Provide administrative support to Team HOPE as needed

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One (1) year of customer service experience required
  • Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (school systems, child welfare, corrections, etc.) preferred
