Now hiring for an Administrative Coordinator - Finance position for our Noblesville Administration Office!

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator - Finance role is crafted for an exceptionally adaptable and dynamic professional, who excels in varied settings and possesses expertise in multiple fields. This role requires a comprehensive skill set that spans across key areas of business operations, including administration, projects, customer service, and technical support. We are seeking a candidate who is not only a problem-solver and an adept multitasker but also a proactive member of our team, prepared to tackle challenges head-on and achieve outstanding outcomes.  

 

This role will provide primary reception coverage and business office support. In addition, the coordinator provides critical assistance in administrative finance processes and cross-functional communications. Other key responsibilities include managing mail intake and delivery, coordinating front-desk logistics, and performing accounting support tasks. This position requires a high level of discretion, accuracy and communication, and is ideal for those who are eager to leverage their diverse skills to make a significant impact within our organization. This position will be required to work in the Noblesville Administration Office.  

 

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year of professional or volunteer experience in a related field (public health, administrative, customer service, etc) required
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with Google Suite required
  • Previous Accounting experience highly preferred
  • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred
  • Membership and/or professional training as an Administrative Professional or in Business Administration preferred

  • Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalism
  • Must be willing to occasionally cover evening or early morning hours
  • Must be able to interact with staff and others in a positive, helpful and professional manner via phone or in person
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend trainings and/or meetings
