Now interviewing for a Multi-Site Supervisor - Comprehensive Outpatient Services for Marion, Hamilton and Boone Counties!

In person/Hybrid remote position.

 

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary 

The Multi-Site Supervisor of Comprehensive Outpatient Services will facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate the clinical services of their assigned site.  This position will provide supervision to assigned direct care staff, maintain consistent communication, monitor caseload assignments, and ensure quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspire’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.  This position works collaboratively with other Aspire management, most specifically the Clinical Manager.

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a directly-related human service field from an accredited university required
  • Three (3) years related work experience required with at least one (1) year of experience leading a team highly preferred
  • Experience in providing community based services
  • Experience with MRO or Recovery Works programming a plus
  • Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferred

  • Must have excellent collaboration, supervisory, and soft skills, such as relationship-building, communications, listening, negotiation and diplomacy
  • Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
  • Must have reliable transportation to transport self/others, oversee programming, attend trainings and/or meetings
