Training Specialist - Noblesville, IN

Hybrid Position - In-Person/Remote

Must live in Indiana.

 

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

 

Position Summary

The Training Specialist will assist in the implementation and facilitation of the 3-day new hire orientation program.  This position will be key in establishing an extraordinary first impression for orientees. They will assist with the creation of new curricula, cutting-edge presentation methods, and special projects, as well as assisting with the preparation details for the bi-weekly orientation program.

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
  • One (1) year of directly related equivalent experience/competencies in a training/educational/instructional setting required; two (2) years preferred

 

Skills

  • Possess and utilize a variety of training modalities/presentation styles according to the audience
  • Ability to facilitate group and individual training
  • Have knowledge of and be comfortable using /applying different adult learning styles

  • Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and the ability to problem solve and utilize critical thinking skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend trainings and/or meetings
