Position Summary
The Accreditation & Licensure Specialist will implement and maintain all aspects of accreditation, certifications, and licensure for Aspire Indiana Health (Aspire). This includes, but is not limited to: Joint Commission Accreditation, Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) designations and certifications, Division of Mental Health and Addiction licensing and certifications, and corresponding site visits, evaluations and follow-up responding. This position will work collaboratively with all Aspire Management roles to ensure ongoing attention to and compliance with Aspire’s multiple accreditations, certifications and licensure.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Health Information Management or directly-related field accredited by the US Department of Education required; Master’s degree preferred
- Two (2) years experience in managing and coordinating accreditation standards, federal, state, local rules and regulations relative to corporate compliance efforts required
- Experience in working in an integrated health system is highly preferred
- Advanced use of google products including, Docs, Slides, Sites, and Sheets (including visualizations) for data reporting is highly preferred

This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to provide integrated healthcare to the individuals we serve in order to achieve their identified goals.
Education/Experience/Requirements

Position Summary
The Assessment Technician will facilitate the collection of data for individuals who present for same day services. The Assessment Technician will help determine the individual’s needs for same day access services, identify and connect the individual to resources within the community as well as educate on all of Aspire services. Must be flexible in providing services via video conference, telephonically, and in-person at one of Aspire’s Outpatient offices. Full-time and part-time options available.
- Establish rapport with individual accessing services
- Responsible for collecting and reviewing behavioral health screens
- Collect and review collateral information, including recent assessment information gathered by other organizations
- Collect assessment data through a face-to-face interview, either in person or via video conferencing
- Determine appropriate level of care, which could include referring out to another agency or coordinating with Aspire’s crisis department
- Coordinate communication between same day access provider and individual being assessed
- Collaborate with the provider to formulate care plan
- Identify and assist in addressing obstacles to care
- Provide outreach to Aspire clients post same day services to ensure engagement with ongoing recommendations and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong network of external relationships, which may include other behavioral health agencies, health providers, community agencies, housing, and other community resources
Education and Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
OBHP
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, public health or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred or
- One (1) year of equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments preferred
- May self-identify as a current or former recipient of services, and/or a family member of an individual who was a recipient of services, and be maintaining a healthy recovery from mental illness and/or substance use to qualify for the peer track
QBHP - Master’s Level
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments required

Other Requirements

Position Summary
The Career Pathing Specialist will work with the Senior Director- Staff Training and Career Excellence to develop a robust Career Pathing program for all Aspire employees. This position will develop a career pathing strategy and will work with human resources and recruiting and retention staff to create a roadmap for career paths as a trajectory towards career excellence for all Aspire staff. The Career Pathing Specialist engages in proactive, systematic outreach to Aspire staff to solicit and develop employee interest in advancing their careers at Aspire; serves as a guide, support and resource in the identification of career objectives; aids in the development of career advancement and professional development plans; and assists with the steps necessary to attain to the employee's vocational goals. This position assists in identifying internal professional development opportunities available through Aspire, and will work with both clinical and nonclinical positions to identify external certifications, training, and education necessary to advance within one's career. This position will maintain connection with employees throughout the pathing process and will check in periodically with the employee to monitor their progress while offering ongoing coaching and support. This position provides direction and administrative oversight in advancing and supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education required
- At least 2 years experience in career pathing, employee engagement, human resources, recruiting or related field required
- Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, preferably with Google
- Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred

- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required

Licensure

Essential Responsibilities
- Respond in a timely manner to all requests for crisis intervention that are immediate in nature
- Triage phone calls and route appropriately base on needs and preliminary risk assessments
- Provide comprehensive crisis counseling and safety planning for clients in need
- Support and guide Aspire staff and community stakeholders in the process of inpatient psychiatric admission during behavioral health emergencies
- Facilitate inpatient admissions, emergency detention orders, Apprehend and Return orders, and Immediate Detention Orders
- Coordinate Mobile Crisis Team interventions
- Maintain excellent working relationships with first responders, dispatchers, and hospitals
- Arrange urgent comprehensive assessments/intakes with Aspire providers or referral partners
- Work with hospital discharge planners to coordinate and schedule post-inpatient treatment
- Coordinate with Aspire staff to perform assessments aimed at anticipating potential crises for those currently in Aspire services
- Provide outreach to current Aspire clients at risk for potential crisis through Caring Contacts and review of their Safety and Prevention plan
- Serve as a resource for Aspire staff, as well as, external stakeholders in the identification and application of criteria for inpatient treatment
- Coordinate referrals to Aspire treatment services as well as to external resources/services
- Monitor psychiatric bed availability in the community
- Participate in 24 hour on-call crisis team, as needed
Education/Experience/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Community Health/Public Health or related field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education; other Bachelor degrees will be accepted in combination with a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience and review of college transcripts
- Two (2) years related experience required; behavioral health and/or crisis experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments preferred

Issues addressed may include trauma, abuse and neglect, substance use, mental illness, personality/behavior disorder, dysfunctional family of origin, and current family dysfunction.
Education/Experience/Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Prior experience with this population preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems
- Must be license eligible (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA) by the State of Indiana and actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
- Must have the ability to use private car to transport self and others

Position Summary
This full-time Staff Therapist will provide outpatient individual, family and group therapy services to adults, children/adolescents and families struggling with mental health disorders and behavioral health needs. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.
Education/Experience/Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a directly related field required from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations required
- Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
- Must have good diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Licensure
- Must be License Eligible by the State of Indiana and actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
